If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• For hygiene reasons, products that come into contact with the mouth or skin can only be returned if unopened and unused.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
