Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is made between Ovelin (the “Seller”) and the Customer who places an order on ovelin.co.uk.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of Ovelin’s beauty and styling products to the Customer through distance communication (online purchase).

3. Orders and Acceptance

By confirming the order on ovelin.co.uk, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this agreement.
Once the order is confirmed, this agreement becomes legally binding.

4. Delivery Time

Products are dispatched from our international warehouse, and delivery time generally ranges between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and local courier conditions.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

Under UK law, Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

6. Returns and Refunds

If the return conditions are met, a refund will be issued to the Customer’s original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
